COUSIN GARY HOMES RESTRUCTURES BUILDING DIVISIONS

Cousin Gary Homes in Chico & Redding has restructured it’s business model by forming an exclusive building relationship with Horizon Construction and Skyline Homes. Horizon Construction has been a leader in manufactured home site development for over 12 years in Northern California. Skyline Homes has been one of the nation’s leaders in manufactured housing for 57 years and a partner with Cousin Gary homes for 36.

According to David Steen, Vice President of Operations, “This move allows Cousin Gary Homes more versatility and better values in today’s economy. The services we offer and the end product to the customer will not change. This new and exciting relationship allows Cousin Gary Homes to continue to offer complete, turn-key home packages at affordable prices to our customers.”

David Steen had this to add, “For 36 years Cousin Gary has been an industry leader with a reputation for treating customers right in the Northstate community, and this decision will help us continue that tradition into the years ahead."
